1. Service model
CuidaLink acts as the demand, qualification, matching, training and follow-up layer. In the Miami model, the partner agency keeps legal, contractual, employment, licensing, insurance, supervision and care operations responsibility.
2. CuidaLink is not the employer or operating agency
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, CuidaLink does not directly hire caregivers for families, does not act as the caregiver employer, and does not replace a care agency, attorney, medical professional or regulatory advisor. The partner agency confirms scope, availability and conditions before any service starts.
3. B2B partnerships
Relationships with agencies, operators or partners are governed by specific B2B agreements. Those agreements should define responsibilities, fees, revenue share, data handling, service levels, compliance and any commercial obligation.
4. AcademyOS and certificates
CuidaLink AcademyOS supports training, assessment and verifiable certificates. A certificate does not guarantee employment, hiring or legal qualification to provide a specific service. The partner agency must review each case according to its policies, counsel and applicable requirements.
