Trust Center

Clear trust signals for care decisions

CuidaLink organizes family need, profiles, training and handoff to partner agencies. Every signal should show where it comes from, who is responsible and what it does not mean.

Why someone would trust CuidaLink

Because responsibility is not hidden behind a badge. We separate declared data, CuidaLink review, training certificates and agency screening so families can see the full map before moving forward.

Why use CuidaLink instead of solving it alone

Because a family search often mixes urgency, incomplete information, scattered profiles and legal uncertainty. CuidaLink turns that chaos into a traceable request, a clear next step and a more organized conversation with the right agency or professional.

Signal taxonomy

What each badge means

These labels should appear across profiles, requests and handoffs. If source, date or owner is missing, the signal is incomplete.

Self-declared

Information submitted by a caregiver, family or agency and pending external review.

Source: Form, profile or submitted document

Owner: The party submitting the information

Limit: It does not mean CuidaLink or an agency has verified it.

Profile reviewed

CuidaLink reviewed basic profile coherence and organized available signals.

Source: CuidaLink human review

Owner: CuidaLink

Limit: It is not a license, background check or performance guarantee.

Academy certificate

The caregiver completed training or a module issued by CuidaLink Academy.

Source: CuidaLink Academy

Owner: CuidaLink Academy

Limit: It confirms training completion, not a state license.

Agency screening

A partner agency applies its own admission, compliance and screening process.

Source: Partner agency

Owner: The agency operating care

Limit: CuidaLink shows the signal when known; it does not replace the agency legal process.

Availability confirmed

Recent availability confirmed for a specific case or time window.

Source: Recent operational confirmation

Owner: Caregiver, agency or CuidaLink team depending on the case

Limit: It can change and must be reconfirmed before service starts.

Licensed partner agency

Agency declaring or documenting applicable license to operate care in its jurisdiction.

Source: Agency record/documentation

Owner: Partner agency

Limit: The license belongs to the agency, not CuidaLink or an individual profile.

Layered responsibility

Who is responsible for what

1

CuidaLink organizes

We turn a sensitive need into clear information: family context, profiles, training, available signals and next steps.

2

The agency operates

When a partner agency is involved, its licenses, policies, contracts, screening and supervision are that agency responsibility.

3

The family decides

The family should review conditions, legal owner, care scope, costs and any documents needed before moving forward.

Important limits

CuidaLink is not an emergency service. If there is immediate danger, call 911.

CuidaLink does not replace a licensed agency, registry, medical professional, attorney or insurer.

An Academy certificate confirms completed training; it is not a state license or performance guarantee.

Partner-agency legal or operational screening belongs to that agency and should be confirmed before care starts.

The real promise

Less opacity, less improvisation and more traceability. CuidaLink does not promise to control all care: it promises to make visible who knows what, who is responsible and what the responsible next step is.
