2. Purpose of the site
CuidaLink is a digital platform for qualifying family care requests, coordinating cases with licensed partner agencies, giving independent caregivers professional tools (Solo), and training caregivers through Academy and AcademyOS.
3. Partner agency responsibility
The partner agency confirms whether it can operate a case, under which license or registration, and with what documentation, insurance, contracting, supervision, and commercial conditions. CuidaLink is not a home care agency or nurse registry and does not provide the care.
4. Intellectual property
The CuidaLink name, software, design, text, training content, and platform materials belong to CuidaLink or their lawful owners. A limited, revocable license is granted to use the platform for its intended purpose.
5. Governing documents
Use of the platform is governed by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy and, depending on your role, the Family Terms or Caregiver Terms, together with the Safety & Verification and Refund policies.
