Start with the real problem
Before looking for a person, separate homemaker help, companionship, daily living support, overnight supervision, transportation and clinical needs. That distinction prevents confusing quotes and impossible expectations.
- Neighborhood and ZIP code where support is needed.
- Actual schedule: occasional hours, fixed days, nights or weekends.
- Independence level: walking, eating, hygiene, memory, medication and home risks.
How CuidaLink helps
We do not sell an anonymous list. We organize the request, ask what an agency needs to know and show trust signals granularly. If a profile only has documented training, we say that; if agency screening exists, we identify who performed it.
What a partner agency must confirm
The partner agency confirms whether it can accept the case, what service type applies, pricing, contract, supervision, documentation and availability. CuidaLink does not replace that confirmation or a professional assessment when needed.
Why use CuidaLink instead of starting from scratch
Because it reduces the chaos of the first calls. A family should not need to memorize industry terms; it needs to explain the case clearly, understand limits and get a concrete route toward an appropriate agency or professional.
Frequently asked questions
Before sending the request
Does CuidaLink directly employ the caregiver?
In the current model, CuidaLink qualifies the request and coordinates with partner agencies or professional profiles. The agency confirms contract, price, supervision and compliance when the case is delivered under its service.
Is it free for families?
Initial guidance and the request are free for families. Before any service starts, the agency or professional must confirm terms and cost.
What does a trust badge mean?
Each badge has a concrete source: self-declared, documented training, reviewed profile, confirmed availability or agency screening. We do not use verified as a broad promise.
