What we believe about care
CuidaLink was not born to sell more services. It was born to correct something that had been wrong for too long. This is our starting point.
Caring is one of the most important professions in the world
A caregiver of an elderly person literally sustains their life when they can no longer sustain it themselves. They accompany the final stage, the memory loss, the fears, the dignity. We don't know many more important professions than this. And yet, the sector has treated caregivers as cheap labor for decades. That ends with us.
Trust is not improvised, it is built
A family doesn't hand over their mother or father to a stranger. They hand them over to someone who has been reviewed, validated, trained and verified. That is why every caregiver on CuidaLink goes through a documented six-stage process. That is why every certificate issued by our Academy is publicly verifiable. Trust is not demanded: it is demonstrated step by step.
Transparency is not optional
If we cannot show you the process, we cannot ask you to trust us. That is why we publish how we verify caregivers, what each training program includes, what we do when something doesn't work. And that is why we are honest about what we still lack: our roadmap is public.
This is not technology. It is infrastructure
We don't want to be another app. We are building the infrastructure on which the home care sector will operate over the next ten years. A layer of verification, training and operations that allows families, caregivers and companies to work to a common professional standard.
We give back part of what we receive
1% of every Academy enrollment goes to Cure Alzheimer's Fund. Each payment is recorded in our internal ledger and transferred to the organization periodically. Every certificate contributes to research into the disease that most affects the people we care for.
What we promise
- We will never present a caregiver without verification.
- We will never hide opaque commissions. If there are any, you will see them up front.
- We will never invent figures or testimonials to seem bigger than we are.
- We will never announce certifications we don't have. When we have them, we will celebrate. In the meantime, we show you the roadmap.
